We are confident in the quality of our products, and most items are covered by a one-year limited warranty.
Good to know:
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
- A valid original purchase receipt is required for any claim.
- This free warranty covers only defects in materials or manufacturing quality.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Equipment with structural modifications, mechanical or technical damage, or corrosion caused by improper use or failure to follow operating and storage instructions.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues such as cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
- Products used in corrosive or otherwise unsuitable environments.
Return Policy
Returns of Non-Defective Products
If you decide to return an item purchased through TexasEquipment.ae, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- The item is unused and retains its original appearance.
- All tags, labels, and accessories remain intact.
- The product retains its original consumer properties.
- You provide valid proof of purchase.
Items custom-made to your specifications (for example, products built to unique dimensions or personalized orders) cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10–45 days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
Texas Equipment Trading is not responsible for the actions of courier or postal services or other third-party delivery providers.
Claims for goods damaged in transit must be directed to the courier or service responsible for delivery.
Returns of Defective or Incorrect Items
- “Defective” means a manufacturing fault, not minor differences in colour, finish, or design elements described on our website.
- Please inspect all items upon delivery.
- If a defect is discovered, the product may be subject to expert evaluation to confirm the issue.
Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, you may request:
- A full refund and termination of the sales contract, and
- Reimbursement of all delivery charges.
We guarantee the authenticity of all Texas Equipment Trading products. Shipment of counterfeit goods is strictly excluded.
